Acai BurnZ
Acai Burnz is an all-natural weight loss supplement that is based on the Acai extract. They claim to help you lose weight without experiencing hunger, without meal replacements, and without a personal trainer. They talk about helping you to get all of the results you want, and of course, the fact is that they focus on acai. They claim that it will boost metabolism, suppress appetite, increase natural energy, develop muscle tone, improve the immune system, and otherwise show results.
The Good
Acai BurnZ uses an ingredient called green tea. Green tea has been used to burn fat, increase metabolism, and otherwise promote weight loss if used in the right amounts while also obviously giving you antioxidant benefits. They also have garcinia cambogia, which has been proven to promote weight loss.
The Bad
Realistically, green tea is based on caffeine. So you are going to suffer caffeine related side effects. However, unfortunately enough, they do not actually have the clinically proven amounts of green tea to promote greater weight loss results. This in mind, the simple fact is that they definitely don’t have the needed 1500mg of garcinia cambogia, and acai, as much as they would like to hype it, does not promote weight loss. They rely on a “free trial offer” scam, which speaks for itself. It means that you are not going to get results, but you are getting pulled into a hard to cancel auto ship order with strings attached.
The Skinny
Acai BurnZ is a waste of time and money. It will not actually give you the results you are looking for, and it will not give you any benefits. While it does have some proven weight loss ingredients, acai is not among them, and realistically, the simple fact is that they don’t have the clinically proven amounts of anything. So we would recommend that you find something else.
ok, they say eating 6 times a day aujdst you metabolism,but if your in starving mode your body will burn less calories,and if there is a sudden drop your body knows,, ok i been eating 2 times a day lunch 11am-1pm or so footlong subway meatball a 20 oz choclate milk and big cinamon roll or 2 honey buns(? calories) ok 6-9pm dinner 1 pound steak and box macaroni cheese(1800 calories) what do i need to eat to effectively aujdst metabolism and lose weight, when and how much,,also i can't eat between 7 and 11 am im working, but can before 7 am but never really did.if i cut down too much body goes into starve mode holds on to calories,but they say eating 6 meals is what will work, ok what is a good menu plan to use to accomplish this without starving feeling so you lose weight and one that fits my time schedule and works, who knows the answer to this question,, thanks
