African Mango Pure is a weight loss supplement that is said to be able to trim off your excess weight by supporting a healthy metabolism and increasing your energy levels.

Because there are so many weight loss supplements that claim to be able to use African mango’s weight-loss powers, we decided to take a closer look at this product to see if it could stand above the competition.

Background

As is painfully obvious from its title, African Mango Pure plans to help you lose weight by including the extract of the African mango.

African mango is the fruit of the Irvingia Gabonensis tree that is native to the western and southern parts of Africa.

Even though the seeds of the fruit of this tree have been used for centuries by the natives for various things, they were just barely found to be able to help people lose weight.

A study done at Yaounde University in Cameroon, Africa revealed that the extract of these seeds can actually alter the leptin levels in the body; thereby suppressing appetite and boosting the metabolism.

Ingredients

Although African Mango Pure does not provide an official ingredient list, we can only assume that, like their name suggests, they use only African mango.

This is definitely an intrepid course to take; most products usually use ingredients that can increase the body’s ability to absorb the African Mango. Another popular thing is to include ingredients that stimulate the body’s processes, thereby making the supplement work faster.

However, it seems that African Mango Pure is more interested on having a name that links it with the famous African Mango, rather than making a quality product.

Our Opinion:

Even if African Mango Pure decided to include other ingredients, we’re not sure they would be included in effective amounts. The makers don’t seem to have a grasp of what is needed in a weight loss supplement.

Rather than explaining how their product interacts with the body to help you lose weight, they seem to just include empty promises that have to include an asterisk to explain that these claims can’t be verified or substantiated.
