Also known as GlucoAppress, Appress is a small fish, but it wants to be a serious contender. Appress describes itself as clinically proven to double your weight loss with a natural, non-hormonal supplement to control glucose, hunger, and energy in one, creating what sounds like a stimulant free product. Appress brags about studies and statistically significant results. However, we’ve seen products that are based on studies that have nothing to do with weight loss ironically enough. You can never be too sure until you have looked at the ingredients.

Cynara scolymus – More commonly known as artichoke, this is rich in plenty of essential nutrients as well as fibers and antioxidants. It can promote plenty of health benefits.

Gahwa Bean Extract – An ingredient that is only found in this product, we are not sure what Gahwa is.

Lagerstroemia Speciosa – Lagerstroemia Speciosa is commonly used to control blood sugar, helping you to control cravings.

Chromium Picolinate – Chromium has been commonly used to control blood sugar, helping some to control cravings for sugary and carb filled foods. Over time, a related diet change can lead to healthy weight loss results.

Vanadyl sulfate – Vanadyl is thought to control blood insulin levels, controlling cravings for certain types of unhealthy foods.

Pterocarpus Marsupium – Used as a natural astringent, this ingredient is good for the skin and it is not particularly damaging to the stomach or body. However, it has never been associated with weight loss either.

Appress puts a lot of focus on blood glucose, insulin, and the control thereof, mostly to control cravings for carbs, sugars, and other foods that may make you gain weight. It uses ingredients that have been clinically proven to promote this effect time and time again. Just don’t expect astoundingly fast fat burning results. That is not what Appress is made for.
