Aquafull

AquafullAquafull is a drink mix that is designed to suppress your hunger. It is a drink mix that is like the Koolaid or Cyrstal Light packets you can get to pour into your 20 oz. drink. There are three different flavors to use to flavor your water. It is supposed to contain green tea, antioxidants, and other metabolism boosters.

If taken before a meal it is supposed to help you eat less during the meal, and hold off snacking before. The main catch we noticed was that it isn’t really designed to work alone. The same company also makes Fullbars, Fullbites, and several other snacks. These are supposed to be snacks to suppress your appetite to limit what you eat during the meal. Let’s see how legitimate this product really is.

The Good

It contains green tea which has been shown to act as an appetite suppressant. It is also a tasty mix according to users, and comes in a variety of flavors. It also promotes drinking more water which is an important part of weight loss.

The Bad

We really can’t see what would make this product any better than other drink mixes on the market. The amount of green tea in it is not enough to really suppress your appetite or boost your metabolism. There are cheaper drink mixes on the market that can probably give you the same full effect just because you’re drinking 20 oz of water.

The Skinny

We cannot see anything potentially harmful from this product. In fact the extra water will probably do you good. If you are trying to drink more to feel full then this product is a good one for you. However, if you’re looking for a weight loss aide then this product will most likely not speed up your weight loss.
