I’m always interested in finding new ways to lose weight – especially belly fat – but at the same time I’m always skeptical when I first read about the newest trend. I don’t like to just read about ways to lose weight – I like to talk to people that have tried it and can tell me that it actually worked for them. One of the newer ones that is being talked a lot about right now is a CLA weight loss supplement.
CLA stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid. CLAs are naturally occurring fatty acids in humans and animals. The highest concentration of CLAs is found in Kangaroo meat of all places. Don’t think I’m gonna be eating any kangaroo anytime soon. Why is CLA so popular right now? There are a lot of weight loss supplements that claim to burn fat, but many burn muscle at the same time. CLA is supposed to reduce fat while maintaining – or in some cases increasing – muscle tissue.
It also has a lot of other beneficiary effects such as improving insulin levels in patients with diabetes – a disease often caused by obesity. I haven’t had a chance to do a lot of research on some of the new CLA weight loss supplement – and I mean talking to people who have used them successfully – but I will post some other findings in the future.
