Bloat-Less

Bloat-Less doesn’t promise miraculous results. It keeps it pretty simple really. It’s a “fast effective way to lose excess water weight and feel less bloated.” And frankly, if that’s all that Bloat-Less does, we can safely say that Bloat-Less is probably legit. It’s not hard to find diuretics, and it’s not hard to predict what will happen. Diuretics flush out water weight fast. But you typically gain it back just as quickly, which is why experts recommend diuretics only to a limited group of people. But on occasion, there are products that surprise even us.

The Ingredients in Bloat-Less

Potassium – A natural electrolyte, this can be lost during exercise or when using diuretics. Bloat-Less just replaces it.

Uva-Ursi Extract – Uva ursi acts as a powerful and natural diuretic, eliminating water weight quickly and effectively.

Dandelion Powder – One of the best known diuretics, dandelion powder gets rid of what some consider to be extra water weight and bloating.

Buchu Powder – Buchu powder likewise works as a natural diuretic to get rid of water weight.

Hibiscus Extract – Often used in herbal teas, hibiscus is traditionally used to treat the loss of appetite, colds, catarrh of the respiratory tract, and it acts as a mild diuretic and laxative at the same time.

Parsley Extract – Parsley is popularly used as an enema, and it can be used to control high blood pressure.

Cranberry Powder – Rich in healthy antioxidants and vitamins, cranberry has been used as a natural way to fight certain UTI’s.

Grape Seed Extract – Grape seed extract has plenty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. But it also works to promote greater wound healing while fighting osteoporosis, tooth decay, skin cancer, and other common issues.

Juniper Berry Powder – Juniper berry is commonly used to support healthy kidney and urinary tract function and to promote healthy blood pressure levels.

The Skinny

Bloat-Less uses diuretics just like it says, and from what we can tell, it also uses a number of other healthy ingredients to meet the body’s needs such as fruits, vegetables, and certain electrolytes, etc. So yes, we would still say talk to your doctor before using Bloat-Less, and it’s not for everybody. But it’s better equipped to take care of you than the average diuretic.
