Celsius Energy Drink
Claiming to increase your natural metabolism by 12% or more, Celsius Energy Drink boasts an antioxidant rich energy drink that supposedly also increases energy for 3 hours straight! The energy thing isn’t that hard. It’s just a matter of making it into a fat burner/weight loss supplement.
If your aim is to boost energy and mental alertness, a simple glass of Coke could do the job, which generally costs about $1-$2 anymore. If you want something a little more concentrated, Celsius Energy Drink is just one of many different energy drinks. But most want to know what sets it apart. After all, you are paying more.
The Celsius Energy Drink Fat Burning Formula
Taurine – Considered to be a natural amino acid, taurine has been used in a number of different energy drinks, also improving the function of the skeletal muscles.
Guarana – Guarana does not have any fat burning properties. But it has been used as a caffeine free alternative in many energy drinks. But don’t get confused. Even though it does not burn fat, guarana does still have caffeine.
Green tea – Green tea has been used to burn fat, and it seems to also promote healthy antioxidant benefits. But it does not promote results without at least 400mg, which Celsius Energy Drink does not use.
Caffeine – Caffeine is like green tea. There are many forms of caffeine, including this base form that burn fat. But again, you would need at least 400mg. Celsius Energy Drink most likely uses about 20-50mg.
Glucuronolactone – Glucuronolactone has been used to increase energy to the muscles, and it has been used in many different energy drinks.
Ginger root extract – Ginger root extract is mostly used for upset stomachs. It does not promote weight loss or energy.
Conclusion on Celsius Energy Drink
The Celsius Energy Drink has potential as an energy drink. It looks like most other energy drinks I’ve seen in the gas station a million times before. But that’s about it. All the talk about Celsius Energy Drink supposedly increasing metabolism, burning fat, etc. is bull. Celsius Energy Drink may have some clinically proven ingredients. But without the clinically proven amounts, it doesn’t mean anything. You can buy Celsius Energy Drink. But you could also get the same thing for maybe $2 a can if you are not set on this particular name.
