Chia Seed Diet

The Chia Seed Diet is based on the chia seed of course. This seed was supposedly a big part of the Aztec and Mayan diets. The seeds itself is high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and is also a good fiber source. The actual pill is based on this seed, and is supposed to help you lose weight by giving you more energy and endurance. They also contain antioxidants which are supposed to help your body lose weight more quickly.
The Good
Fiber, Omega fatty acids, antioxidants, and protein are all necessary to good health. These seeds are high in all of those, and would be a great supplement to your health. They may help to increase digestion, and help your blood pressure stay under control.
The Bad
The Chia Seed Diet pill does not have all the same benefits as the actual seed. It is the outside part of the seed that makes it so effective, and many times the nutrients in the outer seed are lost when it is put into pill form. We don’t think that a pill can give you all the same benefits. We also didn’t see any real weight loss ingredients. These ingredients are all great for your health, but will most likely not help you lose a significant amount of weight.
The Skinny
We suggest you try a product that is more than just a health supplement. We do not recommend the Chia Seed Diet if you’re looking to use it for weight loss. Find other products that can provide more benefits.
