Core Cleanse

Core Cleanse claims that you can naturally lose weight with an all natural colon cleanse that will flush out excess waste, remove waste buildup, reduce bloating, and even take inches off of your waistline.  They claim that with Core Cleanse, you can finally even do things like preventing colon cancer. Now this is a big jump from weight loss to cancer, and it could easily be fraudulent. But can it promote weight loss?

The Good

They have a good concept.  A colon cleanse is something everybody needs, and frankly speaking it will prevent a lot of problems.  They also have a number of ingredients named such as the fiber known as psyllium, and these ingredients could help to improve irregularity.

The Bad

They don’t actually name any cleansing ingredients.  In fact, they don’t name all of their ingredients at all.  The simple fact is that with the ingredients named, this formula would not be able to produce any results, which is further compounded by the fact that frankly speaking, they use a “free trial offer.” A “free trial offer” means that they are going to start shipping you expensive auto ship orders as the only way to sell you a product that does not work.

The Skinny

We would not recommend using Core Cleanse.  It does not help you to lose weight, it does not help you to cleanse your body or improve your health, and we would recommend finding something else. For one thing, find a product that doesn’t have to use a “free trial offer” to pull you into a scam as well as a full ingredients list.
