Cortislim

Cortislim was originally named and advertised to reduce excess cortisol levels. They claimed that cortisol, a stress hormone, was the reason for your belly fat and by fighting stress, you could fight belly fat. Of course, they had to change that marketing tactic and now only say that they target belly fat, which is not actually possible to do. When you diet and exercise, you target weight loss in general and fat in general.
The Good
They have a number of relaxants as well as green tea, which is a proven weight loss supplement. In the right amounts, green tea could promote greater fat burning, and of course ingredients like magnolia bark could create greater sleep among other things.
The Bad
Cortislim does not have the right amounts of green tea, and green tea would technically stress the body more than anything else. Green tea can come with caffeine related side effects of course, and wall the relaxants and sleep aids in the world don’t actually help you to lose weight. They were censored by the FTC because serious cortisol buildup is actually a severe medical condition that is also extremely rare.
The Skinny
Cortislim is based on a faulty foundation to say the least. It doesn’t have any valid elements, let alone in the right amounts that would result in greater weight loss in general. Cortislim won’t help you with anything, and you would be mistaken to think it would. It will only make things far more frustrating for you.
