D-Fine 8

D-Fine 8 is described as a “complete muscle defining system” that also happens to burn fat, suppresses appetite, and helps you to lose weight with “scientifically proven active compounds in one single product.” D-Fine 8 focuses on the supposed power of things like CLA and guarana, holding hoodia up as the ultimate appetite suppressant, which companies have done before. It’s really nothing new.
But the old is not always good. Sometimes, companies and products get too comfortable, not using the clinically proven amounts or causing other common problems. The only way to tell for sure is by looking at the D-Fine 8 formula.
How the D-Fine 8 Formula Works
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) – CLA is a good fatty acid that has been pushed as a powerful and natural fat burner. Some say that CLA is the ultimate way to burn fat without any stimulants. But that has never actually been clinically proven, and the supposed studies that show results require at least 4500mg!
Hoodia Gordonii – Hoodia gordonii is a South African cactus that has been pushed as an appetite suppressant. But every study has shown that hoodia does not actually promote any known benefits at all.
Synephrine – Synephrine is commonly pushed as an alternative to ephedrine, without the side effects of course. It has been proven, and it still has some stimulant side effects, like caffeine. But it seems pretty safe, and it seems relatively effective if you’re using at least 250mg.
Caffeine (from Guarana Seed) – Caffeine is generally an effective fat burner, but not when found in guarana. Guarana doesn’t promote fat burning no matter how much you use, and yet ironically, it can still cause side effects.
Dandelion Leaf Extract – Dandelion root has been used to detoxify the body in a lot of cleansing formulas, and it can produce those results. But on its own in these small amounts, its primary mechanism of action is as a diuretic, which only ends up causing side effects.
Green Tea Extract – Green tea has been used to burn fat, and it seems to have potentially powerful antioxidant benefits. But in order to burn fat, a product has to have at least 400mg.
The Skinny
The “delicious cherry flavor” appeals to some, as does the powder formula itself, which obviously offers most consumers an easy alternative to the traditional and maybe hard to swallow pill. The problem is that while powders are fine, juices are fine, etc., D-Fine 8 does not have the clinically proven amounts, and most of the ingredients have nothing to do with weight loss at all. So chances are you are not going to get the results you want.
