The system lasts a week where you take a fiber packet each morning and take your capsules each night. Creators of this product claim that Detox 7 can completely cleanse the body and at the same time provide the body with extra energy in order to promote weight loss. The main ingredient in this product is fiber used to cleanse out your system in a natural way.

The Good

One thing we love about Detox 7 is how easy it is to get it. All you have to do is drive to your local pharmacy and pick it up. This product is stocked in almost every drugstore and can be found on their website typically. Another thing that we liked about this product is that the only reported side effect is a headache. This side effect is pretty mild compared to other weight loss products.

The Bad

One major problem we have with Detox 7 is that none of its ingredients have been proven to be effective weight loss ingredients. Further, this product does not have an official website which makes us a bit skeptical. Granted you can access this product online from other places, it is still a bit odd to us that they don’t have their own website. Another problem that we have with this product is that there is no clinical research about this product to be found. This makes us think that there is nothing to back this product up.

We do not recommend Detox 7. Not only do we find them un-credible, but there is nothing about this product that is any different than other cleansing products. Although this product is only $11.99, we still think you are wasting your money. We recommend doing a bit more research to find a cleanser that actually works and that comes recommended by others.
