This product comes with a long list of claims that, quite frankly, makes us very skeptical. They claim that they can suppress your appetite, burn fat and help you lose the weigh you just can’t seem to get rid of. They claim that because of its proprietary blend, it can increase your metabolism and your overall natural energy. This product was created by TwinLabs and claims that they can help you build muscle, tone muscle and just become more defined in general.

The Good

One thing that we like about this product is that it does contain some proven ingredients. One ingredient that they include is synephrine which acts as an alternative to ephedra. Apparently, this ingredient can get you all the results that ephedra can but without the side effects. They also include green tea which is proven weight loss ingredient.

The Bad

On the other hand, while they do have effective ingredients, they don’t have the correct amounts of these ingredients in order to make the product effective. Instead, they create a “proprietary blend” which is basically combining all the ingredients together because they don’t have enough of each ingredient. So they claim that they have this great proprietary blend when really it isn’t anything special.

The Skinny

Overall, we don’t recommend Diet Fuel. There really isn’t anything about this product that proves to us that this product will work. They don’t have any correct amounts and they don’t have much research to back up their product. We definitely recommend finding something else that can help you lose weight effectively.
