Dtour Diet

The Dtour Diet is one of just a few I’ve seen especially made for dieters who happen to have diabetes. With meal plans, printable menus, and more. It allows the everyday person struggling with diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and other obesity related issues to lose weight with online tools, personal support and guidance from experts, and more.
The Dtour Diet brags about helping a woman to lose 10 inches of belly fat in just 6 weeks, therefore reducing blood sugar and controlling the major symptoms of diabetes, even promising that you can have the foods that you love such as chocolate chip peanut butter bars.
But realistically, all of this sounds pretty fishy. I’ve seen some diets that offer desserts and sweets galore. But I’ve also seen complaints about taste, and most people don’t find these desserts to be quite what was expected. And there is no way to lose that many inches specifically from the belly in just a few weeks! What can Dtour Diet do? Keep reading to find out.
The Dtour Diet doesn’t actually tell you much. It does not tell you anything about how it works, and realistically, it hides all of the most important details. I assume that Dtour Diet is probably a low carb diet with “sugar free” desserts. But there’s no way to confirm that, because the site doesn’t say.
The Dtour Diet talks about controlling blood sugar. But there are different ways to do that, and frankly, virtually any low carb diet would do the job. You don’t have to go diabetes specific. The South Beach Diet works for people with diabetes as does the Atkins Diet (old or new). There are plenty of diets out there competing for your business, and frankly, many consumers can now break down a low carb diet without paying a single penny!
If you have type 2 diabetes, your doctor may even make up a basic diet for you, again without charging you like Dtour Diet does.
Conclusion
I’ve seen a lot of reviews on the Dtour Diet, both good and bad. But even the positive reviews don’t really tell you anything. The positive review say something about how Dtour Diet is pretty competitive, it’s made just for people with diabetes, etc. But those reviews never say why the Dtour Diet is good for people with diabetes or how it would actually help you to lose weight.
Even diets like the Kimkins Diet, which by the way is a big scam, tell you how it works or at the very least give you a basic idea. The Dtour Diet makes impossible claims, focuses on eating all sorts of sweets and treats, which isn’t a good idea for someone with type 2 diabetes, and really makes it clear that the Dtour Diet is not going to work.
