I have been taking 10 grams of L-glutamine every morning for over 2 months. Within the first 3 days I had completely lost interest in eating sweets and other empty carbohydrates. I’ve had no problem sticking to a low calorie diet since I started using L-glutamine and have lost 20 pounds so far. No side-effects. I don’t need to lose any more weight now, but I will continue to take L-glutamine regularly as I feel it improves my digestive health, and will prevent me from gaining the weight back. It’s the only appetite suppressant that’s ever worked for me.
