Fortex Flex uses technology that hasn’t been through many if any clinical tests, and But this doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work. It just means that scientists typically don’t test this type of thing. With this being said, Fortex Flex provides resistance, pressure, and the other components that would be necessary for positive weight loss results or at the very least muscle building results for the upper body.
It doesn’t necessarily burn fat, because to burn fat, you need to participate in healthy cardio exercises that would get your heart rate up.
