Forza Waterflow

Forza Waterflow

Instant gratification, I’m sure I’m not the only one who has ever gone for it. I read about products that say that I can lose 10 pounds in 7 days, and at first glance, it sounds amazing! I don’t necessarily care what the side effects or cost may be at that time. I just want to lose 10 pounds in 7 days!

But I have found that it’s virtually never quite that simple. Truth be told, most of these products are, admit it or not, diuretics, nothing but diuretics. And Forza Waterflow is one of the products that brazenly admits it! Is this good or bad? I would say bad.

Why Diuretics Work

Diuretics work to get rid of water weight. Diuretics immediately flush out water weight, excess or not, and you have plenty of water flowing through your body. Some 80 or 90% of the body is made up of water. So logically, it’s pretty easy to flush out a pound or two, even 10 pounds in a short period of time.

Why Diuretics Don’t Work

Think about it. If you lose fat, fat doesn’t come back in a day. If you lose 10 pounds of fat, yes you have to work hard and it takes time. But it takes time to gain it back. If you lose water weight, first of all, it’s not excess water weight. Your body needs that water for its most basic functions. But in addition to that, you will find that it’s much too easy to gain back. All you have to do is drink a single cup of water, and you gain at least ½ a pound if not more back, depending on the size of the water bottle.

Most of the time, any weight lost with a diuretic only lasts a day or two at most. Unfortunately, the side effects can last much longer ranging from something as simple as a headache to dry eyes, decreased night vision and serious joint pain. Without water, your body cannot survive. And surprise, most of us are chronically dehydrated, because we don’t drink enough water. And if you don’t have enough water, your body may bloat, because it is trying onto water weight to compensate.

All About Forza Waterflow

Forza Waterflow is your typical diuretic. It has ingredients including Buchu, Cornsilk, Clivers, Juniper berries, Kelp, Parsley, Uva ups, and by the way, there is no such thing as uva ups. But while all of these are exactly what Forza Waterflow says, that’s not actually a good thing. It just means side effects with instant gratification that doesn’t last.

If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off during your vacation, big event, or for years to come, stay far far away from anything that even looks like a diuretic, especially something that makes up its own magical ingredients. It’s not a good sign. To be honest, Forza Waterflow has all of the major signs of a scam. It’s just a question of whether or not you will see it for yourself.
