The Bad

GC7X is more of a weight management product than a weight loss supplement, meaning that this product is more beneficial for obese people and not for those who need to lose a few extra pounds. Even so, the ingredients included in the Sugar Defense Blend Myraxis Barberry Bark and Sophora Japonica Flower Extract have little to no research suggesting they are effective weight loss additions.
