Hi5 Precision
Hi5 Precision is just one of 5 Hi5 products to market itself as a powerful and natural way to help you to lose weight…..as long as you are taking all 5 simultaneously of course. Hi5 Precision is the appetite suppressant, but Hi5 Precision also has other complementary products such as a metabolism booster, a nighttime diet supplement, and a meal replacement shake to name a few. After all, what would you do without a diet program that covers all of your bases? You wouldn’t lose nearly as much.
Appetite Suppression & Hi5 Precision
Acacia rigidula – Referred to as a natural amphetamine, acacia rigidula has been shown to improve mood. However, the scientific claims related to weight loss or more specifically appetite suppression, don’t seem to exist based on what we have seen so far.
Dark chocolate extract – Recent studies have popped up encouraging people to indulge in a little dark chocolate (because it doesn’t have the bitter taste of cocoa beans, but it doesn’t have quite as much milk or sugar added to it). Studies suggest that chocolate is rich in healthy antioxidants, and some say that it might also have a component called phenylethylamine, which has been tested as a natural appetite suppressant.
Green tea – A strong and healthy fat burner, green tea was first used in ancient Chinese medicine for just about everything. Since ancient times, we have put green tea through hundreds of studies, showing that it can act as a natural fat burner (because of its caffeine), and it can also promote healthy antioxidant benefits to eliminate free radicals that could be damaging the body. In particular, green tea is especially well-known for its EGCG.
Guarana – A natural Brazilian energy supplement, guarana has been used by some as a natural fat burner. Every clinical study so far shows that guarana increases natural energy levels, but it does not suppress appetite or burn fat.
Sea minerals – We realistically don’t know what this is supposed to be or encompass. We are told that Hi5 Precision has about 70 “sea minerals.” However, we have never heard of a “sea mineral” that helps you to lose weight.
The Skinny
Hi5 Precision uses one ingredient that has been solidly proven to help you to lose weight (as long as you use 400mg of green tea). If anything, studies on the other ingredients show that (ingredients like guarana and acacia rigidula) will not help you to lose any weight.
Based on our previous experience, it is completely possible that Hi5 Precision could help you to lose weight, because it has green tea. All you really need is one ingredient (assuming that your body responds to that one ingredient). However, because Hi5 Precision only has one weight loss ingredient, the benefits for most people will be fairly limited.
For the price you pay (we realize that you get/have to buy 5 different products) to get one month’s supply of Hi5 Precision, we would expect you to get something pretty special (i.e. at least 2 clinically proven weight loss ingredients, if not a full blend of 5 clinically proven weight loss ingredients). Maybe that’s just us.
