The Good

This product does not contain ephedra which is a good thing. Ephedra can be pretty harmful to the body and can have serious side effects.

This product also comes with dieting “tools” such as recipes and workout tips to help you lose weight.

The Bad

This product contains caffeine which we don’t like. Caffeine can give you the jitters and cause you to not sleep well. Another thing that we don’t like about this product is that there is no evidence to back up this product. Without science you don’t have much of a product. Yet another thing that we don’t like is that they don’t tell you how much of each ingredient they are using in their product. Without this information, it is impossible to tell how effective the product is.
