Lean-X EFX

Lean-X EFX is sold on many sites, each of which interestingly enough has its own short description. All of the sites seem to agree that Lean-X EFX is some kind of “thermogenic revolution”, and there is always something in there about powerful fat burning and a product that “sets the bar higher.” But outside of that, it’s up to the individual.
There is one tell-tale way to judge a product, whether everybody agrees or not. Just look at the ingredients.
Ingredients in Lean-X EFX
1,3,7 trimethylxanthine – Caffeine, the more familiar name for this, is a common fat burner used in just about every diet pill. But it works, if you use it correctly that is.
Cassia nomame – Sometimes used as a “fat blocker”, cassia nomame has never actually been proven, and it is not a “cheat” ingredient. It’s meant to complement a low fat diet.
Taraxacum – Being used to cleanse the body, this is also rich in a number of essential vitamins and minerals.
Green tea extract – Green tea extract has been used to burn fat and it also h has powerful antioxidant benefits again if you use the clinically proven amounts.
Bearberry – In folk medicine, it has been used for just about everything from acne to arthritis to pancreatitis and water retention. But it has never been scientifically proven to promote any weight loss results
Niacin – Niacin is generally used as an essential vitamin that can enhance your body’s absorption of nutrients.
Thiamine disulfide – A natural B vitamin, this doesn’t actually promote weight loss
1,3 dimethylamylamine – Used in cold medicines, this is actually a nasal decongestant. But it has been associated with a racing heartbeat and other side effects.
Phyllanthus emblica – Mostly used as an astringent, the Indian gooseberry does not actually promote weight loss.
Bitter orange – Bitter orange has been used to replace ephedrine, and it may promote fat burning, appetite suppression, and weight loss, but without you risking your life.
5-hydroxytryptophan – 5-HTP is generally used to boost mood, not promote weight loss
N-acetyl tyrosine – A natural amino acid, this does not necessarily help you to lose weight. But it does feed muscles.
Ginseng – Ginseng is commonly used to burn fat and promote a greater feeling of wellbeing. But it requires about 400mg.
The Skinny
Just about every one of these ingredients is engineered with caffeine to burn fat. That’s not the problem, unless of course you’re sensitive to caffeine. The problem is that while Lean-X EFX can case side effects, Lean-X EFX doesn’t actually have enough for weight loss. It’s a common issue, and Lean-X EFX is certainly not the first. But you still shouldn’t buy it.
