Lean Xtreme

Lean Xtreme

It’s not uncommon. When most people buy diet pills, we want an easier way to lose weight, and diet pills that say that it’s not your fault and hormones are to blame are not a bad thing.

Lean Xtreme is that diet pill, promising that if you just lower your cortisol levels (a popular stress hormone), you can burn fat, build muscle, and improve your health and get washboard abs at the same time! It makes it sound so simple, not to mention easy.

How Lean Xtreme Controls Cortisol, or Does It?

Green tea – Green tea is not known for lowering cortisol. In fact, the stimulants in green tea might actually increase stress levels.

But then again, green tea has actually been clinically proven to burn fat, and it has some pretty healthy antioxidant benefits to go along with it.

Coleus forskohlii – Coleus forskohlii is primarily used as a natural muscle builder, and it can also promote certain fat burning benefits. But it requires at least 1000mg to do this, and the whole Lean Xtreme proprietary blend is just 395mg.

Phosphatidylserine – Phosphatidylserine has been used in certain injections called “lunchtime lipo.” But Phosphatidylserine has never actually been proven to promote any weight loss results.

5-AT (5-Etioallocholen-3b,7b,17b-Triol) – Considered to be a “steroid metabolite” and a part of DHEA, it could ideally burn more fat and promote better weight loss results. But it requires just 200mg, and Lean Xtreme still doesn’t have it.

7-OH (3b,7-Dihydroxy-5-Etioallocholen-17-One) – Considered to be a “steroid metabolite” and a part of DHEA, it could ideally burn more fat and promote better weight loss results. But it requires just 200mg, and Lean Xtreme still doesn’t have it.

The Skinny

I hate the cortisol ploy. It’s a scam, cortisol buildup doesn’t exist for most of us, and frankly it’s a medical condition. But products like Lean Xtreme capitalize on that combined with bad ingredients, proprietary blends, and other things that make the products ineffective. What an amazing discovery, Lean Xtreme doesn’t work.
