MiracleBurn

MiracleBurn is a product that promises, at least if the name is taken into consideration, to miraculously burn the fat from your body leaving behind a toned, trim and transformed new you. This is definitely something that seems promising. Unfortunately, the old adage holds true here. Just as you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, you shouldn’t judge a weight loss supplement by its name. The only way to determine a supplement’s validity is by a thorough examination of their ingredients. Miracleburn uses a plethora of ingredients such as hoodia, bitter orange extract, yerba mate, glucomannan, chromium, iodine, white willow bark, and l-carnitine.

The Good

Some of MiracleBurn’s ingredients have been shown to exhibit a modicum of weight loss results. Yerba Mate has been shown to be a good energizer, although it has been most successful when combined with guarana and damaina, which this blends lacks. Iodine has been linked to some healing properties for those suffering from thyroid issues, thought the results have not been conclusive or strong enough to replace actual thyroid medications.

The Bad

Hoodia is completely useless. It has shown no results as an appetite suppressant despite its completely unwarranted household fame. And, even if hoodia did work, it is no longer available for exportation from its native country of South Africa so we are confused as to how anyone can boast of this ingredient in the first place. Furthermore, Glucomannan alone requires 1000mg or 1g to provide results. Since MiracleBurn doesn’t provide us with any dosage information we have to assume they are hiding inadequate sums of ingredients. A responsible company would be more than willing to advertise their amounts.

The Skinny

This is a shoddy product at best. MiracleBurn contains an eclectic mix of hit and miss ingredients and even the ones that show potential are more than likely under used thereby rendering this blend completely ineffectual. We do not recommend MiracleBurn.
