You will need a dropper, a small jar or something else with a lid, and a natural ingredient of your choice. If you want to buy witch hazel at the grocery store, do it. Now fill your jar or other container with water and get a drop of your “active ingredient” in the dropper. Mix that drop in with the water. Shake it, blend it, whatever you have to do.
