Phentramine
The Phentramine marketing department states that their product is “so effective in reducing your appetite, controlling blood sugar levels and cravings that some people may experience rapid weight loss.” Phentramine will increase metabolism, burn fat, and stimulate thermogenesis, and all without the necessity of a doctor’s prescription. The only ingredient that Phentramine lists is the purported appetite suppressant known as hoodia gordonii. Phentramine retails for $69.
The Good
Phentramine has a much lower potential for side effects than most weight loss supplement owing to the lack of caffeine and other such stimulants that are dietary aids tend to be heavy with.
The Bad
This product may include other ingredients of merit that we are unaware of (though we highly doubt it) but hoodia gordonii is a completely useless ingredient. It does not promote appetite suppression and has been repeatedly shown to have no effect on weight loss whatsoever. Hoodia has somehow survived on unwarranted hype but hype alone can’t give you results. Furthermore this product is currently banned from being exported out of South Africa so we don’t understand how anyone can claim this as an ingredient in the first place.
Phentramine is not considered safe for those with a family history of any serious disease, a family history of mental illness, any particular allergies, a thyroid disorder, or diabetes. You should also be aware that this product may cause you to have an allergic reaction, potential liver failure and as yet unknown side effects as well.
The Skinny
We can’t say that we are in any way impressed by what Phentramine has to offer. This product does not have any proven ingredients to recommend it. It appears to have been created solely in an effort to dupe those in the public who have yet to find out about the worthlessness of hoodia. Trust us; the producers of this product know that hoodia is useless. They just want your money. We do not recommend Phentramine.
Comment
Scam for sure. Does not do anything. Cannot get a refund from the company, and when finally got through on their phone they said they did not care if I was mad, that other people will buy their product. The product comes up as Phentremine, but it is not as you can only get this with a prescription I found out after the fact. The name changes to Phentramine after you paid for the order. Please do not waste your money as I have. $147.00 for a pill that does nothing for you to lose weight.
