Phosphacore
Phosphacore is a weight loss aid that claims to “cure belly fat” and to give you the weight loss results you want with minimum effort needed. Phosphacore is able to target belly fat because of a medical breakthrough in which “University of Wisconsin scientists discover nutrients which dissolve stomach fat.” This amazing discovery is supposedly so effective it can “help you safely get rid of significant amounts of unhealthy stomach fat…up to 25Ibs in 2 weeks!” Phosphacore sure does have a lot of promises to keep but can it?
The Good
It is not often that we can find no value in a product at all but Phosphacore has set itself up for failure with such ludicrous claims and nothing to support them.
The Bad
25lbs in 2 weeks? That would be a serious health concern. You would need to drop 12.5 pounds in one week to facilitate such a loss. Your metabolism would go into overdrive trying to make up for the loss, and by overdrive we mean it would be working with all its might to retain calories. Your skin wouldn’t have time to regain elasticity leaving you with hanging skin. 25lbs in 2 weeks is not only an insane idea but a very dangerous one.
Phosphacore contains a blend of phosphatidylserine, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and ascorbic acid. These are sometimes utilized ingredients in weight loss formulas but none of them have any conclusive proof of effectiveness and even the studies that have found some merit in these ingredients asserted that any ability to effect weight loss could only be found when the ingredients were used in extremely high doses. Much higher than the paltry amounts found in the Phosphacore blend. Not only does this product have sub-par ingredients; it also costs a ridiculous amount of money. For $79.95 you could find a much better supplement with proven weight loss propensities.
The Skinny
This is a product that doesn’t have a place in anyone’s medicine cabinet. Phosphacore can offer you nothing but empty promises. This product doesn’t have the correct ingredients or the correct amounts to give you any results whatsoever. We do not recommend the purchase or use of Phosphacore.
