pro-bio cleansePro-Bio Cleanse is a part of a five component system manufactured by Hi5. This system is supposed to be able to speed up your metabolism, increase your body’s core temperature, curb your appetite and help you process food more efficiently.

However, the Pro-Bio Cleanse on its own is supposed to offer your body a gentle cleanse that will rid you of any excess intestinal buildup, flush out harmful toxins and dangerous pollutants. This cleanse should prepare your body to enter weight loss mode, making your diet and exercise efforts more fruitful.

How Does It Do It?

Although Pro-Bio Cleanse is advertised as a gentle cleanse, one look at its ingredient list makes us think otherwise. Two of its ingredients, cascara sagrada and aloe resin, have been banned by the US Food and Drug Administration because they cause serious abdominal pains, gas, bloating and diarrhea. In addition to those unpleasant side effects, cascara sagrada has even been thought to be a potential carcinogen. With ingredients like these, there is no way Pro-Bio Cleanse is a mild cleanse. Most likely, this cleanse will cause its users more grief than it will add to their health.

Would We Recommend Pro-Bio Cleanse?

To be quite frank: no. We don’t see any reason you should have to subject yourself to a cleanse that uses ingredients that have been banned by the FDA for almost ten years. Not only does it seem like it will be an unnecessary stress on your health, but it is probably a waste of your money, as any company that will cut corners like using banned ingredients, will probably cut corners elsewhere, making a sub-par product. There are many other companies on the market that have chosen to formulate their colon cleansers with an eye for quality rather than quantity; we don’t feel like you should have to take the risk of Pro-Bio Cleanse.

    I lost 50 pounds on this diet, and still lianmy live by it. I had some issues with the lunch too. What I really found to be helpful is taking leftovers for lunch. I would cook an extra chicken breast, and make some extra veggies and just heat them up in the microwave at work. I also found it very helpful to begin inncorporating wheat tortilla wraps (lowcarb) and stuff it with turkey or baked ham and whatever veggies you want. Hope this helps.
