Purisalv is made entirely of chia seeds, which have been receiving a lot of attention recently in the weight loss world.
Supposedly, these seeds can rejuvenate the skin, improve digestion, reduce joint inflammation, and promote a healthier state of being overall.
For trimming weight, this “superfood” is meant to build lean muscle mass, reduce cholesterol, and reduce unhealthy appetite cravings. You can use Purisalv by sprinkling onto your food or mixing it in with your recipes.
Its chia seed content is reported to have more antioxidants than blueberries, more omega fatty acids than salmon, and more amazing nutrients than other “superfoods” out there. After hearing all that we’re wondering what Purisalv can’t do. Could it really work as well as they claim?
The Good Things About Purisalv
The chia seed, the sole component of Purisalv, is very nutritious. True to their word, the supplement is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and good fatty acids.
The Bad Things About Purisalv
The supposed benefits of Purisalv and chia seeds are grossly exaggerated. There have been no studies linking Purisalv’s chia seed content to increased fat burning, muscle building, appetite suppression, craving suppression, or any other pathway to weight loss. With Purisalv, you do actually get some nutrients, but they are not nearly as great as their marketers make them out to be.
The Skinny
We would recommend against the use of Purisalv. Thought it may be healthy, it’s claims are overblown at best, making it just not worth the cost. And when Purisalv starts touting themselves as a way to actually lose weight, they don’t have a leg to stand on. Fortunately, there are better products out there that do actually have clinically proven ingredients to help you shed those extra pounds. We suggest searching for those instead.
