Quick Trim Fast Cleanse claims that you can get all the results you are looking for and cleanse your body to feel better, look better, etc. They claim that all you have to do is use their cleanse for a few days and you will get rid of pounds of toxins to improve your health and overall weight loss results! You can also jump start your diet this way. But the question is, does Quick Trim Fast Cleanse actually work?

The Good

They actually have some fruits and other sources of vitamins and minerals. With a real cleanse, you suffer side effects, because it is also flushing out valuable vitamins and minerals. This means that realistically speaking, you could avoid side effects.

The Bad

They don’t actually have any cleansing ingredients. While vitamins would combat the side effects of a cleanse, they do not combat the side effects of diuretics, which is all that is really used by Quick Trim Fast Cleanse. It really defeats the whole purpose of a cleanse! The reality is that frankly speaking, diuretics only eliminate water weight, they make it harder to lose weight in the future, and otherwise they cause side effects, not benefits.

The Skinny

We would not recommend using Quick Trim Fast Cleanse. It does not promote weight loss, it does not promote cleansing, and otherwise you will only suffer further side effects and problems . You would be far better off using something else, if only for the fact that something else might not use harmful diuretics. And moreover, some products actually use proper cleansing ingredients.
