It is specially designed for bloating related to menstruation, but can be used any time water retention or bloating is a problem. It is supposed to be the solution to help women lose those last 5 or so pounds that just won’t budge. It works by acting as a mild diuretic stimulating the urinary system. So are diuretics like this really helpful in weight loss, and are they safe?

Aquadrene has certain ingredients such as Cranberry extract which can actually help balance the pH in your body which may help prevent urinary tract infections. It also contains minerals so that your body will not be repleted of vitals electrolytes.
The Bad
It uses diuretic effects for weight loss. Essentially this means that it only helps you lose water weight. The use of diuretics should be monitored carefully as they can lead to dehydration, and mineral deficiencies. The weight loss is never permanent, and we suggest that you try something that actually help to burn fat.

Aquadrene is much more affordable than many other weight loss supplements on the market. Compared to other diuretics it actually has a pretty effective formula. However, it is still a diuretic and will only help you lose water weight as it doesn’t contain any fat burners or metabolism boosters. This product may be good for menstruation, but not for weight loss. You would be better off with a product that is able to provide more long term weight loss.
