Bfull Slimming Pill claims that you can lose weight and achieve the results you want from day 1. They rely on the idea of suppressing appetite and reducing cravings, and frankly in the natural world, there is no reason for this method of action not to be safe. Most appetite suppressants are stimulant free and will not cause problems, unless of course you are talking about prescriptions.
The Good
They use caralluma fimbriata. This cactus based ingredient is completely safe, unless of course you are allergic to it. But that applies to any natural appetite suppressing ingredient. This being said, it has been clinically proven and there has even been a form called slimaluma patented for greater results. In amounts around 1500mg or so, it can effectively suppress appetite.
The Bad
They don’t have even ½ of the required and clinically proven amounts. You need at least 1000mg to actually promote weight loss with caralluma fimbriata. Moreover, it causes various side effects because of an ingredient called yohimbine, which by the way does not promote weight loss. It just causes heart attack, stroke, renal failure, and severe kidney damage. So in short, there is no real trade off, just problems.
The Skinny
We would not recommend this formula. Fortunately, it is only sold in the UK at this time, and it will never sell in certain countries due to bans on yohimbine. Frankly, it should not sell anywhere because of this. But still, should you find it, we would recommend staying far away from it in general terms.
