The Good
This formula has proven ingredients such as synephrine and green tea. Green tea has been studied hundreds of times of course, and it also comes with antioxidant related benefits, which could potentially improve other parts of the formula as a whole.
The Bad
They don’t actually use the right amounts of any of their effective ingredients, and they specifically lowered the legal amount of ephedrine to 25mg, because they knew it would be incapable of promoting weight loss. It still causes potential side effects, but that’s a whole other story. This being said, yohimbine likewise causes the same side effects while only acting as an aphrodisiac. However, they lack any ingredients or amounts that would actually promote weight loss benefits.
The Skinny
We would not recommend this product. Whenever a product claims to use ephedrine, it should be an instant red flag. It should immediately tell you that you should not use this product, not only due to possible side effects, but because of their obvious disregard for your wellbeing. We were not surprised to learn that they use yohimbine, which actually requires only 10mg to cause serious side effects if not less.
