Ronaxil
Ronaxil is a weight loss supplement that boasts the tagline; “finally…a natural weight loss product that works!” Ronaxil goes so far as to compare itself to other popular dietary aids (Alli, Ephedra, TrimSpa, and Phentermine) and states that it is by far the most aggressive and effective weight loss tool on the market. Ronaxil boasts the power of hoodia, a widely publicized South African plant that some believe has astounding appetite suppression strength. Ronaxil lists its ingredients as hoodia, green tea, gynostemma pentaphyllum, salvia mitiorhiza, fructus lycii, peony root, and taurine. This product retails for $64.95.
The Good
Green tea is a proven fat burner that has been thoroughly researched and clinically determined to have vast powers. Green tea has a higher thermogenic propensity due to its naturally high caffeine content. Caffeine boosts the body’s ability to burn through stored fats for increased energy. This is by no means a new standard in the weight loss industry but there is nothing wrong with sticking to a tried and true element.
The Bad
The green tea in this formula isn’t implemented in a high enough does to affect any real results. Green tea has been proven effective at fat burning in portions of 400mg or more. Anything under 400mg will not yield any benefits. Since Ronaxil hides its specific amounts we have no choice but to play the devil’s advocate and assume that they have something to hide in regard to their doses. Furthermore, hoodia is a completely and utterly worthless ingredient that has gained unwarranted praise since it has never been proven to have even the slightly ability to suppress the appetite. This product lists a host of risk warnings specifically for those who have a pre-existing or family history of medical conditions (such as heart disease), caffeine sensitivities, high blood pressure, a liver conditions, who are using a MAO Inhibitor and those suffering from glaucoma. Potential side effects for the rest of us include insomnia, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting and headaches.
The Skinny
Ronaxil has given us nothing in the way of substantial evidence of its purported power. After evaluating the ingredients we have no recourse but to state that this product is underwhelming at best and cannot give you any weight loss results. We do not recommend the purchase or use of Ronaxil at this time.
