SAN Tight is a weight loss supplement that guarantees to “mobilize body fat from all areas of the body, including thighs, glutes, and abdominals.” SAN Tight is comprised of a proprietary blend of 8 fat attacking ingredients that can also help you to stabilize lean muscle mass which is a necessary element of maintaining weight loss in the future. SAN Tight has a formula that is comprised of the following ingredients; caffeine anhydrous, green tea, synephrine, sclareolide, guggulsterones, yohimbine, vinpocetine, and bioperine. This product retails for $49.95.

The Good

This product does contain a number of proven weight loss agents. Caffeine anhydrous and green tea have both been established as fat burning powerhouses with immense thermogenic properties. Synephrine has been called “ephedra’s chemical cousin” by some and does appear to have similar weight loss capacity.

The Bad

Of course these ingredients can only be considered effective in the proper doses and there are plenty of supplement companies that skirt this issue by utilizing a “proprietary blend” label to avoid the responsibility of detailing ingredients amounts to their potential consumers. SAN Tight limits our information as to how much of each ingredient can be found in its blend but since their formula tops out at 375mg we feel it is safe to assume that the 8 ingredients included in that amount aren’t utilized in high enough portions. Green tea alone needs to be implemented at 400mg to be anywhere near effective. Further concerns gravitate around the ingredient yohimbine which has no verifiable status as a weight loss agent but does have a host of unnerving risks including heart attack, stroke, and seizure. Other side effects you may experience while using this product are insomnia, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting, headache, kidney damage, reduced blood circulation to the heart, raised blood pressure and increased heart rate.

The Skinny

The only superior power that SAN Tight has is the power to potentially cause your body serious harm. This product is not in any way strong enough to help you lose even an ounce of fat. This product is overpriced, overhyped and not worth the risks associated with it. We do not recommend the purchase or use of SAN Tight at this time or any time in the foreseeable future.
