How Do Sensa Slims Work?

Sensa Weight Loss System is based on the fact that feelings of being full come not from the stomach, but from the brain. Thus, Sensa stimulates the part of the brain that realizes that it is full to communicate this message to the rest of your body, making you not want to eat any more food.
Interestingly, Dr. Hirsch is world-renowned authority on the sensory system, so it makes sense that Sensa uses taste and smell to communicate with the brain.
Sensa is a weight loss supplement that is in the form of tiny crystals. Like salt, it is sprinkled over your food. Unlike salt, however, Sensa claims that it does not affect the taste of food.
There are two different formulas that are used for either salty or sweet food, and users choose which formula they used based on what category the dish in front of them falls into.
The Good
Our favorite thing about the Sensa Weight Loss System is that it is designed by an incredibly reputable professional. Since Dr. Hirsch is a world authority on the sensory system, it is easy for us to believe that he really knew what he was doing when he created Sensa.
Another thing that we love is that Sensa Slims can be taken anywhere. They are small enough so that you don’t have to feel self-conscious in your break room at work or when you are eating out with friends.
We also love that a free 30-day trial is offered. This is obviously not one of the best things about Sensa because there are pretty heavy strings attached to the trial, but it is still good to know that Sensa is confident that you will see results.
The Bad
There are a few things that we really don’t love about Sensa Slims.
First, users of Sensa have complained of stomachache following use. If you have any allergies, Sensa might not be right for you.
In addition to this, we really do not love that Sensa Slims are difficult to find on the Sensa website. In order to find the price, we actually had to look somewhere other than the Sensa website. They actually sell for around $20, so the price is not terrible, we just would prefer to find this information directly from Sensa.
The Skinny
We think that there is a chance that Sensa Slims might be right for you. If you are using Sensa and finding success with it, Sensa Slims seem like they would be a great addition to your program.
If you are on the fence, however, we would recommend other weight loss supplements that do not cost quite as much.
