Slimgenics
Slimgenics supposedly provides a diet plan focused on helping you to lose weight with sustainable approaches that ultimately lead to a healthier you. Makers talk about helping you to lose weight with weight loss education, counseling, and supervision with healthy grocery store foods. And of course, it has certain supplements that can help you along the way including:
• The omega slim essential fatty acids
• Alpha slim carb blockers
• Thermo-slim metabolizers
• Pura-slim metabolizers
• Herbal-slim metabolizers
• Meta-slim metabolizers
How many supplements do you really want to take per day?
Of course, because not everybody will take all of these supplements and because Slimgenics also forces a lot of prepackaged meal replacements on consumers, prices will vary from individual to individual. In other words, you’ll be paying a lot more, and Slimgenics sales people hope to make a convincing sales pitch before telling you that you will be paying over $2000 with no money back guarantee.
How Sustainable Is This?
It’s not sustainable at all. If you’ve used prepackaged meal plans before, you already know that it costs a lot, and these are NOT foods you find in your local grocery store! When you try to go off the Slimgenics diet plan (and by off, I mean dropping the prepackaged meal replacements), you just end up gaining all the weight back, which is typical of other programs like Jenny Craig. And yes, there have also been complaints about the taste.
Does Slimgenics Work?
Technically, if you replace meals with Slimgenics’ meal replacements and follow the diet plan, paying for counseling, food, supplements (that don’t have an ingredients list), you can lose weight. But with the high cost that virtually no one can actually afford, the high pressure sales, and the unsustainable approaches, is this really worth it to you? I would think not.

It is not cheap, and some of the people that work for them are pushy to get you to buy the products. The only thing they require you to buy is the protein snacks which you take 3 a day of amazingly enough if you actually follow the program you will lose a lot of weight.
I lsot 87 pounds in just over 11 months
I did their program and in the first 4 1/2 months I lost 47 pounds, I followed their eating plan which is nothing more then basic food nutrition that is reccomended anyway. Breakfast for me consisted of hard boiled egg or cottage cheese or hard cheese weighed to the allowed amount, piece of fruit and a piece of low calerie bread with a protein snack. Lunch and dinner consisted of 6 oz of protein (chicken, Fish, beef ect) 8 oz of raw veggies or 4oz if cooked veggies and a piece of fruit a piece of low cal bread and a protein snack. I pretty much only drank water except for the 8 oz glass of slim milk was allowed once a day. I was losing weight at an average of 3-5 pounds a week and would of lost even more if I actually excerised but I did not mostly becuase the weight was just coming off and I live an extremly busy life.
Bottom line is they teach you how to eat and push you to drink water and stay away from other drinks such as soda and juice ect.. You do not buy prepackaged meals and you do not have to take their supplements just the protein snacks which are not really cheap but seem to work. Overall I lost 87 pounds and been able to keep it off the only struggle I have is not falling back into the eating whatever I want phase such as fast food and soda. Eating correctly is the core of their program I feel if some one just ate correctly and exercised 3 days aweek for 30-40 minutes they would lose weight just as fast if not faster and same themselve the money and hassle of having to go 3 times a week to skim genics to weigh in and be counciled like a little kid.
Did it work you bet it did!! Do I recomend it yes/NO it depends, they teach you healthy eating and promote a healthier lifestyle for you but at a high dollar price.
If a person is willing to just eat healthy and exercise and drink 3-4 liters of water a day tehy will not need this program if you are not disciplined in your eating then maybe this program is for you cause ou have to go in and see someone 3 days a week and you have to write down every thing you eat they weigh you and they counsel you, basicly walking ou through the week every week tillthe end of our weight loss goal.
Dont do this program if you are not comitted to losing the weight and following through, you will have to eat exactly what your allowed and you buy our food at the store not from them so it can be tempting to buy junk too, you need to be dedicated or you will just be throwing away your hard earned money.

Slim genics is a VERY expensive weight loss program. THey do not tell you how expensive the program is until after you sign up and are in the nutrician class where they sell you all the extras. I would not reccommend this to anyowne.
