SlimKick
I’ve seen the clinical studies, and it seems like every stimulant free fat burner is somehow compared to capsicum/cayenne pepper. This uses the same approach as capsicum, this is as effective as capsicum, etc. Ironically, capsicum is not actually that powerful. Capsicum does technically burn fat. But studies show that the measurable results are hardly noticeable.
In other words, science can measure an increase in the body’s fat burning activity. But the weight loss is not that different. So why in the world would any product put so much focus on cayenne pepper as its “key fat burner”?
SlimKick’s Aim
SlimKick actually copied a product called Capsimax, which did quite well, at least for a while. Capsimax was based purely around capsicum or cayenne pepper extract. SlimKick does add in a little green tea, and by a little, I mean that SlimKick does not actually have enough green tea to make any fat burning difference.
SlimKick can cause side effects, because obviously it does have caffeine. But of course, you would need more green tea (which could cause more side effects) to get the weight loss to balance it out. SlimKick just isn’t going to go that far for you.
The Skinny
SlimKick may brag about this, that, and the other thing. But SlimKick isn’t nearly as strong as they would have you believe. It doesn’t have any clinically proven approaches, and considering the fact that all you are getting is green tea and cayenne pepper, you shouldn’t be paying anywhere near $80!
