SnL
SnL, short for Slim N Light, is a “safe” and “natural” product that supposedly allows you to lose weight without taking the risks of a prescription or other problem products. Don’t most natural products work without those side effects? Personally, I prefer to see products that focus on the results rather than the lack of something else. But maybe that’s just me.
Still, SnL does not provide a full ingredients list, and the SnL formula is sketchy at best. You can look at the ingredients and judge for yourself. But bottom line, you can see for yourself, there’s a reason why SnL focuses on the safety rather than the results.
The “Amazing” Ingredients in SnL
L-carnitine – L-carnitine is a natural amino acid that can help you to supposedly fill nutritional needs. It’s not proven to do anything. But that has the strongest evidence. Unfortunately, SnL is not clinically proven to promote weight loss, and no it’s not proven to fight cellulite either.
Hoodia gordonii – Hoodia gordonii is pushed as a powerful appetite suppressant to help you to eat less like the African bushmen. Unfortunately, African bushmen eat less because they don’t really have a choice, and while there have been plenty of studies on hoodia, all studies have proven that hoodia has no known benefits.
Green tea – Green tea has been proven to promote certain fat burning and antioxidant benefits. It has been proven to promote certain other benefits. But it requires about 400mg, and it can still cause certain caffeine side effects.
The Skinny
SnL has ingredients that don’t promote any weight loss results and one that can. It doesn’t give you a full list, which isn’t particularly surprising, and it can still cause certain side effects. But is that really particularly surprising? I find it to be pretty typical at best.
