SomerSweet

SomerSweetI suppose you’ve thought about the easy ways to lose weight including artificial sweeteners so that you can get a guilt free way to eat the sweets you love without gaining weight. Maybe it’s for something as simple as your morning coffee, maybe it’s for something like cookies or cake. Maybe you’re diabetic and need something low on the glycemic index. But the main idea for most people is that if you cut calories, you will be able to lose weight, especially if it’s sugar and carbs.

Does This Suzanne Somers Concoction Work?

Truth be told, if you want to lose weight, most experts recommend that you stay away from most artificial sweeteners, as artificial sweeteners can change the way your body thinks and actually cause you to gain weight. Your body thinks that other foods must work the same way, providing little to no calories with a much sweeter taste.

SomerSweet is technically made up of natural plants and fibers. It doesn’t say anything about being “100X sweeter”, 0 calorie, etc. Bu then again, SomerSweet does not provide any nutritional tables telling you how many calories SomerSweet happens to have. That tells me that SomerSweet is probably higher in calories than most would like to think.

Is SomerSweet Healthy?

I can’t say with that. SomerSweet names a few key ingredients that it supposedly has. But then again, how do you really know when SomerSweet does not provide full nutritional facts.

Conclusion

SomerSweet has ingredients that supposedly create the ultimate artificial sweetener for your food. But the way I look at it, this is just another junk Somers product based on her fame rather than its valuable nutritional content, well that is its lack of valuable nutritional content.
