SudaTonic

SudaTonic

Offered by many spas across the country, SudaTonic was developed in the late 1990’s to help you to supposedly melt away excess fat and detoxify the body to eliminate harmful bacteria buildup at the same time. SudaTonic promises to improve blood circulation with essential oils and seaweeds to break down fat and increase energy to the body’s muscles.

How Does It Work?

First, you spread a specialized cream across your body, mostly in areas that you want to target to get rid of fat you are sick of dealing with. It is made up of seaweeds and essential oils, which can help you to improve skin and supposedly burn fat.

Like many other body wrap creams, SudaTonic has a pleasant smell, which you will smell for hour after. It supposedly promotes at least half of its fat burning benefits in the hour after you go home. But it promotes most of its results at the salon.

After all, you are wrapped in a heating blanket to accelerate the supposed fat burning and sweating effects. It is the same idea as a basic $30 wrap. You’re covered in a cream that creates a heat of its own, then trapping that heat with plastic wrap and the electrical heated blanket. And then you are allowed to sweat it out, actually leading to weight loss.

Does the Weight Loss Last?

Unfortunately, all signs indicate that this is only highly temporary water based weight loss system. There is no way for the results to last, and you may get sick, experiencing heat stroke or dehydration in the process.

Is SudaTonic Worth It?

Consider this. You can get the same basic thing for about $30. But retailers typically charge about $150 for each application of SudaTonic, which is obviously ridiculous. Yes, you can pay that much if you really want to. But it’s honestly not worth it.
