Synthro Lean
Finding information for Synthro Lean is kind of like looking for a needle in a haystack. Its manufacturer, Biorhythm, is nowhere to be found and primary information is scant at best. Despite this curious lack of information, we’ll try to talk show you the benefits as well as the drawbacks of this product.
The Good
Ok, we’ll talk about the good news first. After looking at its ingredients, we didn’t see any that were notorious for stopping hearts or causing aneurysms or even just giving you diarrhea. In fact, they even had an ingredient that is used in quite a few other weight loss pills: 3b-acetoxyandrost 5-ene-7,17-dione. Despite its ridiculously long and very scientific name, researchers and consumers alike often report positive feedback that it does indeed raise metabolic rates and aid the process of shedding unwanted pounds.
The Bad
Unfortunately, Synthro Lean doesn’t have much else to offer you. Although its ingredients probably won’t give you any bad results, they most likely won’t offer you any results at all. One of its ingredients, Coleus Forskohlii, is claimed to be able to stimulate a slow metabolism, but there is no research to back that up. Often used to treat hypothyroidism, Coleus Forskohlii produces forskolin in the body which raises levels of cyclic AMP (a derivation of ATP) which is a cellular messenger that can transfer the effects of hormones like glucagon and adrenaline. In layman’s terms: it probably won’t change your pants-size, but it might be able to enhance your mood.
The Skinny
Although Synthro Lean does have some components that might work as a weight loss aid, they don’t have anything that has been guaranteed, either by science or by Biorhythm. All in all, we suggest you spend your money on a product that has some sort of foundation in health or nutrition, otherwise you might be stuck with a really expensive multi-vitamin on your hands.
