The Burn is a fat burner which claims to have the ability to burn or melt the fat off of your body, as the name implies. The Burn has two different formulas that they state have been developed for the specific and differing needs of men and women. Created by a company known as Fizogen, they claim that The Burn will finally help you to get the ultimate results to get powerful fat burning, powerful appetite suppression, and various other results. To their credit they do assert that you will only achieve the optimum results with simultaneous implementation of a proper diet plan and exercise program.
The Good
Some of the ingredients found in The Burn’s blend have science and research behind them and have some validity in a weight loss formula. For example, synephrine may provide some degree of fat burning, with appetite suppression and energy boosting, making it the potential ultimate alternative to the now banned ephedra. Likewise, there is the fact that they use guggulsterones, which have been used to build lean muscle mass.
The Bad
The Burn’s formulas are not engineered all that differently between the men and the women’s formulas. They are just packaged in different bottles. This isn’t the first time a company has attempted to brand themselves as unique without really following through. Additionally, they don’t use the proven amounts of any one ingredient, using 190mg of caffeine as opposed to the needed 400mg as well as 20mg of synephrine as opposed to the needed 250mg. So obviously you aren’t going to see results. And with potentially dangerous ingredients like yohimbine, which is a natural aphrodisiac, not a weight loss supplement, you may experience side effects as serious as heart attack and stroke.
The Skinny
We can’t see fit to recommend The Burn. They have advertised fallaciously in regard to their specially developed men and women’s formulas and they do not include the correct amounts of the ingredients that will help you to achieve success. The Burn is just a waste of time and money, and we would definitely recommend that you find something else.
