The Harcombe Diet

The Harcombe Diet is a 3 phase diet plan that was created by a young college student who took advantage of 20 years of somebody else’s research. If you can imagine no calorie restrictions, no calorie counting, and powerful weight loss results in one, that’s the idea. Because Zoe Harcombe knows from experience that it’s just too hard!
How Does The Harcombe Diet Work?
It’s hard to find information on The Harcombe Diet and how it actually works. Yes, most sites brag about the detox phase and one user who supposedly lost 17 pounds in the first short phase (doubtful). But the idea is a detox phase, weight loss phase, and a maintenance phase, which sounds a lot like just about every other major diet out there!
Which Philosophy Does The Harcombe Diet Follow?
There are a few basic ones. But The Harcombe Diet sticks to the low carb philosophy combined with a no processed food clause, which is the most important part. If you focus on eating meats (without all of the extra sugar and calories of processed sauces) and in this case plenty of vegetables, you should be on the right path.
The difference here is that because of its non-processed clause, etc., you are also allowed to eat fruit, which is something a lot of low carb dieters struggle with. And of course, this kind of balanced meal plan is actually healthier. But then again, how many people have done it before? The Harcombe Diet is nothing new.
Should You Buy The Harcombe Diet?
You can pay for a membership in the UK, and The Harcombe Diet website actually has some free factsheets such as facts on the calories in certain alcohols, Christmas tips, etc. But you will have to pay for full access. Or you could do it on your own, focusing on natural and “real foods” and a low carb diet. It’s simple enough. It’s just a matter of you putting your mind to it.
