ThermoLoss EF
Based mostly around the popularity of ephedra (without the side effects, naturally), ThermoLoss EF guarantees that there is no downside, just amazing weight loss and fat burning benefits. It focuses on one ingredient called bitter orange, saying that it is equipped to promote lipolysis and thermogenesis while simultaneously sparing precious lean muscle mass. To get those results, you would need more than just one ingredient. So let’s take a look.
The Ingredients in ThermoLoss EF
L-tyrosine – A natural amino acid, l-tyrosine has been used to protect lean muscle mass and therefore maintain a healthy metabolism along with muscle tone.
Gum guggul – Guggul is a lean muscle builder that has been used to maintain lean muscle mass. But there are two types, and the only way to be sure you’re getting the muscle building variety is if you get a patented form.
Caffeine – Caffeine is commonly used to burn fat, and it is one of the most popular options. It produces a thermogenic effect and energy, but also side effects.
Cayenne – Cayenne is a stimulant free substance known for its mild thermogenic fat burning effect.
Ginger root extract – Ginger root extract has been used to calm upset stomachs, but that’s about it.
Mustard powder – Known for speeding up digestion and improving the digestive processes, mustard doesn’t actually promote weight loss
Coleus forskohlii extract – Coleus forskohlii is largely known for its muscle building properties, and it can suppress appetite with at least 1000mg.
Advantra-Z – Advantra-Z is the most famous ingredient in ThermoLoss EF, and its patented form has been compared to ephedrine. And while most don’t use the clinically proven 250mg, ThermoLoss EF does.
The Skinny
ThermoLoss EF is one of the few products to use the clinically proven amounts of Advantra-Z. Therefore, logically speaking, it can burn fat, suppress appetite, and increase energy just like ephedrine. The other ingredients in ThermoLoss EF are a little more questionable, with the fact that ThermoLoss EF doesn’t use the clinically proven amounts of those. So I’m not so sure about it preserving lean muscle mass. But comparatively speaking, ThermoLoss EF has a pretty good base.
