Think & Lose
Think & Lose is one of only a few products based on the idea of hypnosis. They claim that by hypnotizing yourself, you can effectively speaking lose more weight and achieve greater results by suppressing your appetite, eliminating cravings, and otherwise working for your body rather than against it. Can it also motivate you to exercise and eat more vegetables? Who knows really.
The Good
This obviously has no ingredients. So there is no caffeine to cause side effects, there are no allergic reactions, etc. They also provide you with lifetime access to their website, which ideally speaking could give you tips on how to keep losing weight, what recipes to use, etc.
The Bad
They don’t actually have a proven mechanism of action. They advertise on TV for a reason. They know as well as anyone that hypnotism doesn’t promote weight loss. There are no studies, even though they would like to talk about studies. They are talking about things that flat out don’t exist. Likewise, they claim to give you a “free trial offer” with no recurring charges. First of all, at the end of that 30 days, which nobody remembers to cancel in, they charge you $39.99 plus about $13 shipping plus this charge plus that charge. So in other words, you can’t get a strait price out of them. But it should also be noted that realistically speaking, there are recurring charges with a diet pill they start sending you that is also junk.
The Skinny
In short, if you use this, you are hoping for that magical cure that will finally help you to lose weight without really having to do anything. Suddenly, dieting will become pleasurable, suddenly exercise will be easy and it won’t hurt at first! Wow! Ya….that isn’t going to happen. The reality is that diet and exercise takes work, and while diet pills can suppress appetite and do other things that make it a little bit easier, there is nothing that can do all the work for you. And hypnosis isn’t going to do anything.
