TrimSport

We all want to look like our favorite celebrities; Angelina, Reese, Jennifer, Brad, Matt, George…they never seem to age! In fact, it seems like they only look better as time goes on. I would love to know what their secret is (besides personal trainers, chefs, and the best dermatologist money can buy).

TrimSport claims to be “Hollywood’s Red Carpet Secret.” I’ve never read a celebrity interview where Jennifer Aniston or George Clooney rave about TrimSport, but the official web-site states that celebrity fitness trainers are recommending all natural supplements, like TrimSport, to their top clients.

The Good Things About TrimSport

TrimSport uses an all natural, proprietary formula to increase energy, boost metabolic rates, and lower body mass index. There are three active ingredients TrimSport uses in their supplement. Even though they are all natural, each main ingredient has its pros and cons that you should be aware of before taking TrimSport.

• Green Tea: Green Tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant, and can be made into liquid form, or extracted for supplements such as TrimSport. Green Tea has been clinically proven to boost metabolism and help the body burn fat. It’s also taken for medicinal purposes, such as preventing kidney stones, prostate cancer, colon cancer, and genital warts. The natural caffeine in Green Tea will give you more energy, and increase mental focus.
• Ginseng: In people with type 2 diabetes, Ginseng can help to lower blood sugar. Ginseng is also used to prevent respiratory tract infections like the flu or common cold.
• Chromate: This is a form of Chromium. It’s been suggested that Chromate improves blood sugar, blood pressure, and heart health.

The Bad Things About TrimSport

TrimSport is $79.41 plus $5.95 for shipping and processing. That’s a grand total of $85.36 for each order of TrimSport. When you order TrimSport, you’re automatically enrolled in a six month “membership” so every thirty days you will be charged $85.36 and sent a new bottle of TrimSport.

I don’t know about you, but I really don’t like it when companies do this. They always claim it’s easy to get out of your “membership” but that’s rarely, if ever, the case. If you were to receive all six orders of TrimSport, your pocket book would take a $512.16 beating. That’s a lot of dough!

Now let’s look at the cons in the three active ingredients in TrimSport.

• Green Tea: Because Green Tea contains caffeine, it can cause caffeine related side effects such as nervousness, anxiety, increased heart rate, and more. You shouldn’t take Green Tea if you have an anxiety disorder, irritable bowel syndrome, or high blood pressure.
• Ginseng: If you are pregnant, nursing, or may become pregnant you should not take any supplement that contains Ginseng. Ginseng contains Panax which has been linked to birth defects.
• Chromate: Again, if you are pregnant or nursing you shouldn’t take any supplement containing Chromate unless otherwise directed by a physician. Chromate may also lower blood sugar levels, so use caution if you have diabetes.

The Skinny

TrimSport seems like a weight loss supplement that’s overrated and overpriced. Personally, I would not recommend TrimSport.
