Ultimate Trim sounds promising. After all, it must be. It’s “stimulant free” and clinically proven to work! These days, a company can say just about anything it wants, without actually proving it. But Ultimate Trim promises to combine things like fat burning with gentler approaches such as blood sugar control.

The Ingredients in Ultimate Trim

Caffeine – Caffeine can promote certain fat burning benefits. But despite what Ultimate Trim says, it is definitely stimulant based.

Caralluma fimbriata – Caralluma fimbriata has been used as an appetite suppressant found mostly in Ayurvedic medicine. But it requires at least 1000mg.

Green tea leaf extract – Green tea leaf is again stimulant based. But if used correctly, it can promote fat burning and antioxidant benefits.

Cocoa extract – primarily known for its antioxidant benefits, this chocolate extract also has certain weight loss benefits.

Cayenne fruit extract – Cayenne pepper has been used as a mild stimulant free thermogenic fat burner. But the results are generally pretty small

Slimaluma – A patented cacti, slimaluma has been used to suppress appetite in the past.

Senna leaf – Senna leaf is generally used as a mild laxative

Chamomile flower – Chamomile flower can be used to improve sleep and relaxation.

Peppermint leaf – Peppermint leaf is typically used to calm an upset stomach

Barberry – because it contains berberine, it has been used to fight certain infections.

Cinnamon bark – Cinnamon bark is generally used to control blood sugar.

Fennel seed – Fennel seed, as a fiber, is good for the heart and regularity in general.

Ginger root – Ginger root has been used to calm an upset stomach

Licorice root – Licorice root is used for upset stomachs

Milk thistle seed – Milk thistle seed is generally used as a natural diuretic

Passion fruit – Passion fruit is generally used because of its rich content of vitamins, minerals, and other healthy nutrients. But it doesn’t actually help you to lose weight.

Rhubarb stem – it has been used as an artificial sweetener.

Ultimate Trim uses some ingredients that have been used to promote weight loss. But it also has quite a few ingredients that have nothing to do with weight loss, and Ultimate Trim hides all of these ingredients in small proprietary blends. In other words, Ultimate Trim doesn’t have anywhere near enough green tea, caffeine, caralluma fimbriata, or anything else to actually help you to lose weight.
