VITAL Weight Loss XL

VITAL Weight Loss XL

Homeopathic medicine has been around for years. You can even go to school to practice, and some believe that homeopathy can actually cure allergies. Some people travel far and wide in fact just to get homeopathic treatments for things such as allergies, aches, pains, etc.

Natural foods stores now sell homeopathic remedies for everything from headaches to cravings to just about anything else that you can imagine. So why not weight loss? Why not VITAL Weight Loss XL, a product supposedly made to increase metabolism, control appetite and cravings, and fight fatigue?

The Science Behind Homeopathy

The science is not there. Obviously, some would swear by it. But it’s more likely to be all in your head. It is sometimes used as a part of a “clean living” philosophy. Some substitute it in the place of traditional medicine because of the belief that prescriptions are full of harmful chemicals and other nasty substances. Obviously some also believe that other traditional diet pills have the same chemicals.

And truth be told, if you were to follow a homeopathic way of life, I would assume that you might eliminate toxins over time, get more fruits and vegetables, and because of that you might lose weight with a low calorie diet and healthy exercise program. But homeopathy=water. Drink more water and it could help you to eat less. Put a drop of water on your tongue, and it’s unlikely.

The Science Behind VITAL Weight Loss XL

VITAL Weight Loss XL really shoots itself in the foot. But the ingredients don’t help. There are a couple of ingredients like garcinia cambogia and cayenne pepper, which can thermogenically burn fat. But you have to actually use these ingredients to get the benefits. And garcinia cambogia requires at least 1500mg! That’s a lot compared even to things like green tea.

But most of the ingredients in VITAL Weight Loss XL are only used in homeopathic medicine. Ingredients like liver extract, apis meliifica, antimonium crudum, really? Half of these ingredients are described as “anti-anxiety” treatments or relaxants of some kind. So even if homeopathy did work, this is the wrong formula!

The Skinny

I’ve seen plenty of products come and go, and I’ve seen plenty of products that don’t do much of anything, if anything at all. But while some are harder to see, anything with homeopathy attached to it (small bottles of liquid with some kind of dropper always means homeopathy) is going to be a fraud, and VITAL Weight Loss XL is certainly no exception to the rule.
