Xenadrine Xtreme
Xenadrine is without question one of the largest diet companies in the industry. Xenadrine has a somewhat troubled history with its involvement in the ephedra scandal and a number of other controversial products.
But it’s only fair to give Xenadrine a chance to change their ways. After all, in this country, we seem to believe that everybody deserves a second chance, or at least anybody who has enough money. With this in mind, I have seen other diet pill companies make transformations that nobody saw coming. Hopefully, Xenadrine will do that with Xenadrine Xtreme. So let’s see what Xenadrine Xtreme has to offer.
The Xenadrine Turnaround
Which one came first, I couldn’t say. But either way, Xenadrine Xtreme is one of the first two products to use a combination of lady’s mantle, olive leaf extract, cumin extract, and wild mint extract. I know, right now you’re shaking your head thinking I must have lost my marbles. Even a complete diet virgin knows that mint freshens your breath, it doesn’t burn fat!
Normally, I would agree with you. And realistically, olive oil and cumin season your food. You typically don’t take a spoonful of olive oil to lose weight. Lady’s mantle is even worse, it’s a skincare product! But the studies speak for themselves. There is no study that shows that any one of these 4 major ingredients is capable of even the mildest weight loss results. I know that, you know that.
But there are now human studies that show that when combined these 4 ingredients are clinically proven to burn fat. In one 12 week study, subjects lost 20.94 pounds as oppose to 1.7 in the placebo group. A similar 8 week study showed that the test group lost an average of 16.5 pound again as opposed to about 1.73 pounds in the placebo group. To top it all off, according to the studies, this blend has no known side effects. Surprised? I certainly was.
What Hasn’t Changed
For the most part, Xenadrine has changed its ways. I’ve never seen Xenadrine use a revolutionary or safe combination like this. But there are some things that remain the same. For one thing, Xenadrine Xtreme still uses a proprietary blend. Proprietary blends hide the individual doses, and most of the time, proprietary blends hide insufficient amounts and plenty of fillers.
The second thing that hasn’t changed is the fact that Xenadrine Xtreme still relies on caffeine. Caffeine is a common ingredient that is used in virtually every diet pill. But the bottom line is that it works. Caffeine produces a powerful thermogenic effect in the body, and it burns fat when used in the right doses. Obviously, there’s no way to guarantee that Xenadrine Xtreme has the right amount. But it’s the thought that counts…..
The Skinny
Xenadrine Xtreme is a step up for Xenadrine products, and after reading both major studies, I found out that researchers actually used extremely small doses of each of the 4 ingredients in the Xenadrine Xtreme blend. I do have some concerns about Xenadrine Xtreme’s proprietary blend, and it will still cause some side effects. But it might be that Xenadrine is finally on the right track.
